Job Opening:
Software Integration Engineer (Medical Device Domain)

PASS is seeking a highly skilled Software Integration Engineer / Smoke Tester with experience in the medical device industry.
The position is offered for 80% or full time, work locations are based in the greater Zürich area.

Essential Functions
• Software integration
• Provide detailed feedback and partial root cause analysis on software issues found on daily builds
• Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the product life cycle
• Communicate testing progress, test results and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management

Desired Skills & Experience
• Technical studies (electronic, computer science, mechatronics)
• Experience in software development in industrial environment (hardware/electronic related)
• A competent knowledge of a OO programming language C#/C++
• Experience in the medical technology field and the complied standards
• Experience in the robotics and automation field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably as well in German
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team
• Ability to work individually with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a highly demanding environment where teamwork is a must
